Each user may register and maintain a single 788wen account. Duplicate accounts — whether created by the same person or on behalf of another — are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and the operator of the 788wen platform ("788wen", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at 788wen.cam.

3.1 To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
3.2 788wen reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend account access pending satisfactory verification. Provision of false or misleading eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
🔞 Underage Access Strictly Prohibited. 788wen takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any Account found to be held by or on behalf of a person below the Minimum Age Requirement will be immediately and permanently closed, and all associated balances — including any winnings — will be forfeited. If you believe an underage person has accessed this platform, contact us immediately at [email protected].
4.1 Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, different names or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
4.2 You must provide complete, accurate and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Notify 788wen promptly of any changes by contacting support.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication code with any third party. 788wen will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 You must notify 788wen immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting support at the email address listed in Section 17.
5.1 788wen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
5.2 Use of the Platform on a mobile device — whether via smartphone or tablet — is fully supported. 788wen does not guarantee specific performance levels on any particular device, browser or network connection. Users accessing from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar via local mobile or broadband networks should be aware that connection quality may affect streaming or live-odds updates.
5.3 788wen may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance on the Platform. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable. Access may be temporarily unavailable during such periods, and 788wen shall not be liable for any loss attributable to scheduled or emergency downtime.
5.4 The Platform and all Services are provided for entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment or legal advice.
6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
6.2 788wen reserves the right to void any wager, cancel any bonus and close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, without prior notice and without liability to the User.
7.1 Deposits to your 788wen Account must be made using payment methods that are available through the Platform at the time of transaction. 788wen does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at all times.
7.2 Payment rails commonly used in Pakistan — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on the Platform as familiar payment contexts for Pakistani users. Reference to these providers does not constitute a claim of their endorsement, affiliation with or support for 788wen or any gambling activity. Users are responsible for verifying whether their financial institution or mobile-money provider permits transactions with gambling platforms.
7.3 Deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. 788wen does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the associated account investigated.
7.4 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within the Platform. These thresholds may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
7.5 788wen is not responsible for any transaction fees, exchange rate costs or delays imposed by your payment provider.
ℹ️ Cryptocurrency Deposits: BTC and USDT deposits may be available on the Platform. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the network. Exchange rate risk is borne entirely by the User. Cryptocurrency use may be subject to separate regulatory considerations in Pakistan — Users are responsible for compliance with applicable local law.
8.1 Withdrawals from your 788wen Account are subject to the completion of KYC verification. You must submit satisfactory identity and address documentation before any withdrawal request is processed. 788wen reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.
8.2 Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to technical availability. Where this is not possible, alternative withdrawal methods may be offered at the operator's discretion.
8.3 Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method, your verification status and the operator's internal processing queue. 788wen does not guarantee specific withdrawal speeds and expressly disclaims any representations to that effect.
8.4 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed within the Platform at the point of withdrawal request.
8.5 788wen reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that is subject to an ongoing investigation, audit or compliance review.
9.1 All bonuses, promotions and special offers made available through the Platform are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.
9.2 Unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms, the following standard bonus conditions apply:
9.3 Bonus amounts and associated winnings are displayed in PKR on the Platform for the convenience of Pakistani users. Where the underlying platform currency differs, displayed PKR amounts are indicative conversions and may vary slightly at the point of settlement.
9.4 788wen reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited in compliance with existing terms.
⚠️ Bonus Abuse: 788wen employs technical and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, staking patterns inconsistent with genuine play and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where abuse is identified, 788wen reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings and close accounts without liability.
10.1 All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to the relevant market, event and betting type. These rules are available within the Platform's sportsbook section.
10.2 788wen reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time — including during live play — where market integrity concerns arise, technical issues occur or odds require recalibration. Bets placed prior to a market suspension are settled according to the rules applicable at the time of placement.
10.3 For cricket betting — including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournament fixtures — specific settlement rules apply in cases of match abandonment, weather delays, revised targets (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method) or other interruptions. 10.4 788wen reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous, posted in error or which were exploited by Users aware of the error prior to correction.
10.5 Maximum stake limits may apply to individual bets, specific markets or specific events. These limits are set at the operator's discretion and may be adjusted without prior notice.
11.1 788wen is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible from your Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session-time reminders and self-exclusion options.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and take effect upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to open a new Account, access the Platform by any other means, or request early termination of the exclusion. 788wen will take reasonable technical steps to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee complete prevention of access where you use unregistered devices or circumvention methods.
11.3 Gambling should be treated strictly as entertainment, not as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses. 788wen strongly advises against chasing losses and encourages Users to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose. 12.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio and software — is the property of 788wen or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the express prior written consent of 788wen.
12.3 The 788wen name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of the operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use those marks.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 788wen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
13.2 788wen makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
13.3 788wen's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 788wen's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
14.1 788wen reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where:
14.2 Upon closure of an Account for reasons unrelated to a breach of these Terms or applicable law, any verified cash balance (excluding bonus amounts) will be returned to the User through the original deposit method where possible, subject to completion of KYC verification.
14.3 You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team at the address listed in Section 17.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or licensed. Specific jurisdictional details are available on request from the support team.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other domestic legislation may affect the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction. 788wen does not claim to be authorised by any Pakistani governmental or regulatory body. 16.1 788wen reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 788wen will provide reasonable advance notice to Users via the Platform, registered email address or a notice posted prominently on the site.
16.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
